Keith is the Manager of Client Services for mTAB’s European clients, overseeing customer success, training, and support. Keith joined mTAB in 1996.
Keith originally joined mTAB as an Assistant Research Analyst, but quickly found his passion in working with clients and made the transition to client services.
Prior to joining mTAB, Keith worked as the Data Services Manager at the University of London Careers Service.
Keith received his Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Operational Research from Coventry University.
In his free time, Keith enjoys attending sporting events of all kinds–everything from snooker to football (the real kind, not the American variety)–and he has been a season ticket holder at Tottenham Hotspur for 30 years.
